... Christina Gavegnano has just been awarded CFAR03 funding for "Targeted Depletion of Macrophages to Eliminate Viral Sanctuaries." Christina is being mentored by the CFAR Non-human Primate Models of HIV Pathogenesis and Vaccines Scientific Working Group as part of their initiative to grow the next generation of NHP AIDS researchers.

The Hope Clinic site of the IMAP HPV vaccine study is recruiting healthy women aged 18-30 who have had their first 2 HPV vaccinations of the 3-vaccine course to receive their third licensed Gardisil vaccine to study immune system responses following vaccination.
