Divider RuleSay What...

My daughters go to a little private religious school and we pay an arm and a leg for it precisely to keep them away from all of this kind of nonsense [by which he means discussions of Sex Week]. I do hope that they go to a Christian college or university and to keep them so far away from the hard left, human-hating people that run modern universities, who should all be taken out and shot.

     Paul Johnson

... to the selection committee at Yerkes National Primate Research Center for tapping R. Paul Johnson, MD, from the New England Primate Research Center at Harvard, as the new Director of Yerkes, effective August 1, when Stuart Zola heads to back his memory lab full time. Paul's research uses Non-human primate models in efforts to establish which immune responses best protect against HIV infection. In his own words: “Analyzing protective immunity in macaques immunized with SIV is one of the best models we have to try to design better AIDS vaccines.”

Springerplus. 2014 Feb 24;3:109. doi: 10.1186/2193-1801-3-109. eCollection 2014.

Spoiler alert: Lead author Akshay Sharma says that rapid home self-testing using an oral fluid test and testing at a physician's office emerged as the consensual top choices. He ALSO says that the paper has been viewed more than 500 times in the past two weeks and has now been flagged as "Highly accessed." Science Rocks!
