Systems Immunology Core

The Systems Immunology Core performs assessments of immunological function for studies of the pathogenesis, treatment, and prevention of immunodeficiency virus infections in humans and non-human primates. One of the Core’s principal strengths is its demonstrated capacity to mirror the changing research needs of an evolving epidemic with a strategically positioned suite of support activities, including the highest quality flow cytometry services and state-of-the-art single cell multi-omics services, along with comprehensive training programs in support of the growth of HIV/SIV immunology-based research at Emory University.
