Membership Categories

Senior CFAR Investigator
Emory or Morehouse faculty member who has received independent NIH funding (R01 or equivalent) in HIV and is eligible to be a CFAR Developmental Core Mentor

CFAR Investigator
Emory faculty member or fellow who has ever been on the Emory CFAR FRB, or funded through the Dev Core, and has priority access to CFAR resources via a funded grant

CFAR Member
Emory or local HBCU (e.g., Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta, etc.) faculty member who is interested and/or engaged in HIV research and is eligible to receive CFAR resources.

Affiliate CFAR Member
Other faculty members and/or representative at local universities/ colleges, federal/state/local public health institutions, or CBOs who collaborate with the Emory CFAR

Trainee CFAR Member
Post-doc and Research fellows who are actively engaged in HIV/AIDS research
