Study Description: There is a daily pill that protects against HIV transmission (PrEP), but those taking the daily pill need to have frequent hospital visits for testing. Some people who start taking the pills do not continue in care, and lose protection against HIV transmission. The proposed research will test whether use of a home-based care system, that would replace the frequent hospital visits, increases the likelihood that participants remain in care.
